We’re looking for a confident, outgoing, and professional Fleet Vehicle Sales Administrator to help take our business to the next level.
About the role:
As a Vehicle Fleet Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business clients, identifying fleet opportunities, and delivering tailored vehicle solutions that meet operational and financial needs. This role combines providing consultative vehicle options, account management, and business development within the automotive industry.
What you’ll be doing:
Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities across corporate, government, and SME markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and fleet managers
Work closely with retail sales consultants to co-ordinate sale to handover experience
Understand client operational requirements and recommend suitable vehicle and financing solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender submissions
Stay informed on industry trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor offerings
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
What we’re looking for:
Previous automotive sales experience is a positive but not essential
A strong, customer-first attitude
Confidence making outbound calls and handling customer objections
A current and valid driver’s license
Competence with computers, CRMs, and digital platforms
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
A desire to learn, follow process, and succeed in a competitive sales environment
