Mader Group is expanding! With 500+ sites worldwide, we’re seeking experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Fitters to join our Central QLD team across the Bowen Basin. Big rates, big opportunities, and future global pathways. Let’s get you on site. 🚜

What’s on Offer?

  • Competitive pay rates of $70–$80 per hour + 12% super on all hours worked (dependent on role and experience)

  • Roster options: 2/1, 3/1, and 4/1 swings

  • FIFO from Brisbane, with local applicants strongly encouraged*

  • Exposure to diverse breakdown and shutdown work across leading OEMs including CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, and more

  • Allocated Ute for employees working in a Field Service role*

What You’ll Need?

  • Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent) – RPL options are available for eligible trades

  • Strong field service and mining breakdown experience preferred

  • OEM experience (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, and more)

  • Mining experience is advantageous

  • Current C Class drivers' licence

  • Strong initiative, problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset

  • Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
