Drive recovery. Strengthen workplaces.

Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for exceptional talent to build on a strong pipeline of new partnerships and opportunities.
This is a senior opportunity that goes well beyond day-to-day case management. You’ll take ownership of complex, mixed caseloads and lead early intervention support across one-to-one mental health coaching, complex return-to-work case management, and onsite critical incident and wellbeing responses.

Alongside this, you’ll deliver practical workshops, contribute to team interventions and workplace interviews, and help implement onsite mental health support programs that create stronger individuals, healthier teams, and more resilient workplaces. With genuine flexibility, meaningful work, and the autonomy to shape prevention-focused projects, this is a role where you can make a visible impact from day one.

For the right person, there is also a clear pathway to step into leadership in a short timeframe, making this an ideal move for someone ready to grow their influence and progress their career quickly.

About the Role:
  • Own a complex caseload across workers’ comp, state gov, DVA and CTP; blend same-employer RTW and new employment services.
  • Lead end-to-end management of physical and psychosocial cases, including complex return-to-work planning, to achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.
  • Provide individualised mental health one-to-one support, coaching and goal-focused intervention alongside case management.
  • Drive early intervention, critical incident response, onsite mental health support programs, and broader team-support services across SEQ.
  • Deliver functional, vocational and workplace assessments with clear, evidence-based reporting.
  • Support team interventions, contribute to workplace interviews, and assist with workplace conflict/communication strategies where required.
  • Deliver and facilitate workshops and training (including debriefing and upskilling) for workers, leaders and teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers, insurers and treatment teams; represent services at industry forums.
  • Uphold best practice across schemes and assist with proposals, quotes and stakeholder solutions.
  • Design and run prevention pilots and training initiatives that lift wellbeing, performance and resilience.
  • Improve workflows and quality in line with ISO-accredited systems
