What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading the daily operations of the Parts Department
• Driving parts sales across service, trade and retail customers
• Managing inventory control, stock ordering and warehousing
• Building strong relationships with technicians, service advisors, suppliers and customers
• Coaching and developing Parts Apprentices and Interpreters
• Ensuring efficient parts availability to support workshop productivity


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Automotive Parts Management or Parts Interpretation within a dealership

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members

  • Excellent inventory and stock control experience

  • Solid mechanical understanding across multiple makes and models

  • A customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement

  • Current Driver’s Licence and Australian working rights

Mazda or OEM dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
