About the role

Join the dynamic team at New Pioneer Motors' as a New Vehicle Sales Representative. This full-time role is based in our Mackay, QLD 4740 office, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets for our diverse range of new vehicles, RAM - MG - RENAULT & GMSV (General Motors).

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle from our extensive inventory

2. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles

3. Negotiate sales and close deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience for customers

4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, pricing, and promotions

5. Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and drive business growth

6. Provide timely and accurate sales reporting to support the company's strategic objectives

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers

3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities to convert leads into sales

4. Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in new vehicle technologies and trends

5. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the sales department

6. Confidence in using sales and customer relationship management software
