WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential — Trade Qualifications & Tickets

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (or equivalent)

• Current driver's licence

• Standard 11 (Mining Industry Safety Induction) — current

• Coal Board Medical — current or able to obtain prior to start

• Gas Test Atmosphere (GTA) ticket — current

Essential — Experience & Competency

• Demonstrated experience in heavy fabrication, structural steel and/or pressure welding

• Ability to pass a weld test to the required standard

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

• Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial site environment

• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Highly Regarded

• Confined Space Entry certificate

• Working at Heights certificate

• Rigging or Dogging ticket

• Previous experience in sugar mill or heavy industrial environments
