We're expanding our team in Woodwark and looking for a reliable and hardworking Garden Maintenance Worker to help keep properties looking immaculate. This is a casual/part-time role offering 30–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around weather.

What you'll be doing

Ride-on mowing, push mowing, whipper snipping, edging, and spraying

Working across a variety of properties – residential, acreage, steep banks, and resorts

Keeping equipment, vehicles, and trailers maintained and tidy

Working efficiently to meet job timeframes

Communicating clearly and professionally with the team

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience with ride-on mowers and whipper snippers

Physically fit and comfortable with demanding outdoor work in hot and humid conditions

Able to lift and handle bags of grass clippings (up to 30–50 kg)

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of your workmanship

Resident of the area with a commitment of at least 6 months preference given to applicants looking for a long term role.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Full driver's licence and transport required for transport to the Woodwark yard (company vehicle and trailer provided for daily work)
