We’re looking for a warm, highly organised and confident Front of House & Clinic Co-ordinator to join our team. This role suits someone who loves people, thrives in a busy clinic environment, and takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming client experience.

About the role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and the person who keeps our clinic running smoothly each day. The role blends reception, client care, clinic co-ordination, retail support, admin, data and basic social media tasks.

What you’ll do:
• Welcoming clients and setting the tone for the Aestetic experience from the moment they arrive
• Supporting the smooth flow of the clinic and helping each day run seamlessly
• Assisting clients with bookings, rebooking and personalised product recommendations
• Maintaining a calm, polished and beautifully organised clinic environment
• Supporting client communication including follow-ups and care touchpoints
• Assisting with stock organisation including ordering, stocktakes and retail presentation
• Day-to-day administration and supporting behind-the-scenes clinic operations
• Capturing moments in clinic and assisting with simple content creation when needed
