Ruddzway Services Pty Ltd is a growing, premium landscaping company based in Townsville. We specialise in high-quality residential projects with a strong focus on structural landscaping, precision workmanship, and doing the job properly the first time.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a qualified and experienced landscaper to join our team.

About the Role

You will be working across a range of residential projects including:

  • Paving

  • Small retaining walls

  • Irrigation installation and modifications

  • Garden installations and plant layout

  • Turf preparation and installation

  • General site preparation and groundworks

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and understands levels, finishes and long-term durability.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Landscaping or equivalent formal qualification is mandatory for this position

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in hardscapes and structural landscaping is required

  • Competent in paving set-out, screeding and finishing

  • Experience installing irrigation systems

  • Strong plant knowledge and ability to read landscape plans

  • White Card (essential)

  • Driver's licence (manual preferred)

  • Excavator or machinery experience highly regarded

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Australian work authorisation is required for this position
