About the role

Austrack Campers' in Townsville Qld, is seeking a driven and experienced NEW VEHICLE CARAVAN SALES professional to join our growing team. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in our strategic growth, showcasing our premium range of caravans and trailers to potential customers and securing sales.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers, both in-person and via phone/digital channels, to understand their requirements and match them with the right Austrack product

• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting the unique features and benefits of our caravans and camper trailers

• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

• Work closely with our technical and marketing teams to stay up-to-date on product developments and promotions

• Maintain detailed sales records and provide insights to management on market trends and customer feedback

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales, ideally within the caravan, RV or automotive industry

• Small engine experience highly regarded

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes

• Keen interest in the caravan and outdoor lifestyle, with good product knowledge

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results-driven approach

• Relevant qualifications or training in sales, customer service or a related field would be highly regarded
