About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Rockhampton. In this role, you will partner closely with our distributors driving product visibility and strengthening long-term business relationships.

Your key objective will be to effectively promote and sell the Milwaukee advantage across our distribution network, ensuring strong market presence and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the company's channel strategy across the allocated distribution network.
• Sales Growth within your designated customer base and territory.
• Communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong business building and client relationships.
• Customer display and stock management excellence ensuring we uphold the Milwaukee Customer EUV Strategic Plan.
• Undertake activities with customers and distributors at trade shows, demonstrations, and product launches.
• Present new products and obtain core range acceptance with your customers.
• Maintain customer account information complete with business updates and market data within SalesForce CRM system with weekly and monthly reporting of activities.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in the Sales network.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mid-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Willingness to travel (upto 3 nights per month)
• Passion and drive.
• Competitive spirit.
• Professionalism.
