Our team is growing and due to the size and opportunity of the Fraser Coast and Central Queensland regions we are seeking an additional BDR in these regions to drive revenue and engage local clients to grow their business through the power of Outdoor Advertising.

While the role is based at our new trendy Head Office in Townsville CBD, you’ll travel regularly to the Fraser Coast and Central Queensland regions and be supported by our Head Office team.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities, identifying and converting leads to help grow market share

• While you focus on sales, our amazing support team will take care of the administrative details. So, you're free to do what you do best - building relationships and maximising sales. 

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across diverse markets, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction

• Adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and sales strategies, bringing a results-driven and solutions-focused mindset

• Represent the POA brand with professionalism, passion, and energy in every region

• The role includes the opportunity to travel within the Fraser Coast and Central Queensland Regions, meeting clients and prospects and providing personalised solutions. What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in sales or business development (field-based experience preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships

• A flexible, can-do attitude with a willingness to travel across Queensland

• A passion for helping businesses grow through creative and impactful advertising solutions

• A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel as needed
