We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our high-performing Mackay team. If you’re motivated by growth, enjoy building strong customer relationships and have the confidence to identify and convert new opportunities — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with customers to meet current needs and uncover future opportunities
  • Win new business and deliver sales + gross profit growth
  • Build long-term customer relationships and understand buying drivers
  • Recommend technically sound solutions that add real value
  • Prepare and manage quotes and proposals with accuracy and attention to detail

What You Bring

  • Experience in mining or heavy engineering environments
  • Strong background in business development or technical sales
  • Commercial acumen with ability to spot & convert market opportunities
  • Confident communicator & skilled negotiator
  • Ability to build strong internal + external relationships
  • Self-driven, target-focused and comfortable working independently
  • Current driver’s licence and a desire to grow your career with us
