Mister Minit is the market leader for shoe repairs, Key Cutting, Engravings, Watch Repairs and Auto Key / Remote Duplication.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Commitment to learning & skill development.

• Previous customer service and/or industry experience looked favourably upon.

• Excellent communication skills – Great with customers.

• Problem Solving, Adaptability & Solution Oriented.

• Can work on your own and as part of a team.

• Good manual dexterity, ability to use various tools and machinery

• Your own reliable transport is essential as the candidate will be working across our 4 stores in Townsville.

• Availability to work rostered full-time hours within a 7-day retail trading environment, including weekends, some early evenings, and public holidays.

This role will suit someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, or a hands-on trade.

YOUR DUTIES

You will learn many different skills which will apply to your everyday tasks, these include but are not limited to:

• Deliver brilliant customer service & be able to fix problems.

• Accountable for daily financial control of the shop.

• Promotion of our merchandise and products to suit customer requirements.

• Continue to learn and develop the necessary skills to satisfy our customer diverse range of needs.

• Assist in keeping the shop clean, well presented and maintenance of all equipment.
