About the Role

As a key member of our Accessories team, you will:

• Provide exceptional service to every customer — whether in-store or over the phone

• Work closely with workshop technicians to ensure timely supply of parts for servicing, repairs, and custom builds.

• Follow our structured “Road to a Sale” process

• Build your own customer network and nurture repeat business

• Maintain a high standard of showroom and stock presentation

• Support stock management, ordering and merchandising

• Participate in ongoing training to develop your sales and product knowledge

• Contribute positively to the store culture and customer environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude

• Competent computer skills (email, databases, POS systems)

• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport quickly

• A passion for motorcycles

• Motivation to meet and exceed set sales targets

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to store presentation

• Prior Parts Interpreting or workshop experience a bonus
