The Position

This is a senior position within a high performing team of specialist property managers.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a quality portfolio of properties ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Note that leasing and trust accounting is not required as you will be supported by a specialist team.

Flexible working arrangements including some work-from-home and flexible hours can be supported.

This position is perfect for an experienced property manager looking for a better workplace or an up-and-coming Property Manager wanting to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage a portfolio of quality properties

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office

• Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients

• Manage relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice company policies

Requirements

• Experience in property management and proven ability to work autonomously

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license, own vehicle & Real Estate certification
