We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a professional Townsville agency. This role is mainly office-based, with minimal out-of-office requirements, allowing you to focus on what matters most – building strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

The Role:

• Manage a clean, capped portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlord
• End to end property management duties with APM & leasing support
• Monday to Friday ONLY — no weekends

The Candidate:

• 2 years Previous Real Estate experience required 
• A valid driver's license required
• Current Certificate IV in Property Services
