The Opportunity
At Belle Property Whitsundays, this role offers genuine ownership and autonomy within a well-maintained portfolio, supported by modern systems and a collaborative team environment.
You will be responsible for assisting managing the portfolio, including letting & leasing, tenant management, maintenance coordination, compliance and inspections. We value performance and client relationships.
Your focus will include:
Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords based on trust and results
Delivering exceptional, responsive service to tenants
Protecting and maximising asset performance for every client
Managing legislative compliance and risk with confidence
Utilising modern property management software to remain efficient and organised
In addition, you will:
Professionally manage enquiries from tenants, owners, and prospective tenants
Coordinate rental open homes and private inspections
Support the leasing process, including tenant matching, applications, and lease sign-ups
Assist with lease renewals, vacate processes, tenancy documentation, and record keeping
Monitor maintenance requests and rent arrears with attention to detail
Process invoices and provide administrative support where required
Work closely with the Senior Property Manager to further strengthen your end-to-end portfolio management expertise

About You
We are seeking a confident, proactive property professional who takes ownership and pride in their work.
You will bring:
Minimum 1 year experience in a senior residential property management role
Current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
A full QLD Real Estate Licence is required for this position
Strong knowledge of QLD residential tenancy legislation
Australian working rights
Confidence managing a portfolio independently
Experience managing a portfolio of 75-200 properties
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with PropertyMe and Microsoft Office
