We are currently seeking a confident, driven and meticulous individual to join our growing team as Operations Manager.
This role will require an individual with strong attention to detail, who has loads of initiative, displays strong organisational skills and possesses a high level of emotional intelligence.
Primarily leading the Property Management department, you will be responsible for supervising and managing an excellent team, working closely with our directors together with providing operational and management support to the entire team.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Liaising with sellers, buyers, owners, tenants, suppliers and service providers
Managing and overseeing the property management team
Minimum 3+ years of team management experience required
Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided
Review existing and develop new appropriate policies and procedures for the business including where necessary due to changes in legislation
Develop and implement marketing ideas
Assisting with Business Development / Growth
Building culture, teamwork and productivity
Hold daily/weekly property management meetings
Coordination of events and community sponsorships
Ensuring compliance is up to date for the office and other areas within the business
Trust accounting & basic account management
General duties, as required
It is vital that the applicant possesses the following skills and attributes:
2 + years' experience in operations / administration
Experience within Property Management / Real Estate industry
Extremely well organised
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously
A proactive can-do attitude
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Immaculate presentation and appearance
Enthusiastic likeable nature
Impeccable attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
Exceptional computer and Microsoft Office skills

Understanding of the Real Estate industry
Renumeration negotiable / open for discussion, depending on experience.
