What You’ll Do
- Analyse plant performance data to drive improvements across processing operations
- Investigate downtime events, complete weekly reporting and identify root causes
- Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate equipment improvement trials and manage change processes
- Lead reliability projects including strategy reviews and PM optimisation
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in reliability within mining or heavy industry
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Experience with RCA, FMECA and plant performance improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current driver’s license
