We currently provide onsite haulage and civil work solutions for our clients, we are a nimble company on an exponential growth strategy and are providing our workforce with the ability to be a part of defining our culture, how we operate and realize the value we bring to our clients.

About the Role 

We currently have an opportunity for experienced MC Operators, Loader Operators, Grader Operators, Water Cart Operators and Supervisors to fill vacancies within our mine haulage project located within the Moranbah region. 

• Up to $160k per annum excluding super and full-time employment. 

• Rotating roster day and night roster 7/7

• Provided camp accommodation 

• Transport from the camp to mine site

• FIFO out of Brisbane or Townsville 

• DIDO with Travel Allowance Paid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficient operation of the company’s vehicles

• Complete all necessary associated documentation (such as the preparation and signing of cartage dockets and service requests)

• Follow appropriate company and mine site procedures

• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of deficiencies in the delivery of product

• Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care and perform pre-starts on our equipment and continually being proactive in reporting mechanical issues.

• Ensure compliance with all coal mine legislation

• Ensure compliance with fatigue management

• Ensure compliance with loading requirements, axle weights, adhering to vehicle specific permits

Qualifications & Experience 

• Must have current MC Drivers License and relevant RII competency.

• Must have current Coal Board Medical 

• Must have current Standard 11

• Supervisors must have S1, S2 & S3 or Equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with relevant equipment.

• Efficient operation of least C-Triple Road Trains  

• Side tipper experience preferred

• Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care 

• Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue and company guidelines

• Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and a positive attitude
