About The Opportunity Thiess is seeking expressions of interest from experienced mining leaders ready to step into a dynamic Mining Manager role supporting operations across our large‑scale, autonomous and highly exciting projects in the Bowen Basin. This opportunity allows you to influence performance, uplift culture, and lead high‑performing teams across two of our flagship sites. As Mining Manager, you may lead the mining departments and subcontractor teams to deliver on production, safety, and cost objectives. Leveraging your strong technical expertise and proven leadership capability, you will mentor and empower Mining Superintendents and Supervisors to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is critical in ensuring both projects operate efficiently and in alignment with Thiess standards, values, and strategic priorities.
