Your new role

• Manage and communicate detailed weekly mine plans aligned with the 90-day plan and budget.
• Lead short-term design processes to optimise Dragline, Excavator, Dozer Push, and Hauling operations
• Provide short-term mine planning, design, and optimisation - including water management
• Deliver drill and blast design, review, and analysis support
• Monitor and analyse production compliance and performance
• Conduct UAV pit monitoring and site analysis
• Participate in daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety interactions
• Support broader technical services and engineering functions
• Access opportunities for training and to broaden operational experience
