Eagle Drilling NQ, a North Queensland locally owned and operated Exploration Drilling contractor, with various drilling projects in the Queensland region, currently has multiple Surface Driller Assistant positions available, based in Charters Towers, QLD.

The Charters Towers region is alive with an amazing living history thriving on Mining, Agriculture, Education and many other business opportunities and appeals to many from the young, to the young at heart. The region boasts a great laidback lifestyle with easy access to Townsville and the reef only 130kms away. 

To be considered a candidate for this role, it is essential that you possess the following qualities, skills and qualifications - 

Key Requirements of Candidate

• Hard working, honest, reliable team player, with good communication skills.

• Current QLD drivers license

• Pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug screen

• Satisfactory Police clearance (3 months)

• Applicant must reside in QLD

• Must have the approved rights to work in Australia

Highly regarded Requirements of Candidate

• Current QLD Heavy vehicle License

• Current National Forklift License

• Previous Experience in the drilling industry
