Lead the Line with Highpoint Access & Rescue

Are you a Level 3 Rope Access Lead Technician or Specialist and ready to step into a role where your experience actually matters?

At Highpoint Access & Rescue, we're experiencing rapid growth — and we're looking for Senior Technicians who are ready to lead high‑end projects, mentor skilled teams, and deliver exceptional results across some of the most dynamic work environments in QLD and NSW.

We are currently recruiting for Permanent Full‑Time, Monday–Friday positions. Successful candidates will be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Rockhampton or Sunshine Coast regions, with the flexibility to travel as required.

Why Highpoint Access & Rescue?

Because we're not just another access company.
We're the team that gets called when the job is too complex, too technical, or too remote for anyone else.

As a global leader in advanced rope access, precision rigging, rescue operations, and specialist training, we set the standard others follow. If you want to work with a company that values leadership, expertise, and innovation, we are the right place for you.

Why Join Us?

  • Senior-level opportunities for IRATA/SPRAT (or Equivalent) Level 3 professionals

  • Leadership pathways across operations, training, and project management

  • A high-performance culture where your experience is respected

  • Long-term job security in a rapidly expanding business

  • Performance-based rewards

  • Unique travel opportunities (including projects accessed by our own aircraft)

  • A values-driven workplace built on trust, teamwork, and uncompromising safety

About the Role

As a Level 3 Lead Technician or Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Leading complex rope access operations

  • Supervising multi-skill crews across QLD & NSW

  • Overseeing rigging, rescue planning, and compliance

  • Delivering high-level inspections, maintenance, and technical support

  • Supporting specialist work scopes including NDT, welding, confined space, and industrial maintenance

No two jobs look the same — and that's the point.

If you thrive on challenge, adventure, variety, and responsibility, you'll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory:

  • IRATA / SPRAT Level 3 certification

  • A relevant trade qualification

  • Completion of any trade qualification is required

  • Proven leadership capability with strong communication and problem‑solving skills across a diverse workforce

  • A humble, grounded approach and genuine team‑first mindset

  • A proactive, driven attitude with a hunger for continuous development and new challenges

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to read people and situations effectively

  • A collaborative approach with the ability to support, mentor, and elevate others

  • Australian work rights are required

At Highpoint Access & Rescue, we're a team that supports each other, works hard, and celebrates our wins. If you're ready to push boundaries in a safety‑first environment, this is your chance to join an industry leader.
