Based at our Townsville branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our containers and equipment moving coordinating transport, tracking stock and ensuring deliveries reach customers on time and ready to go.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate container movements between the branch, customer sites and third-party depots

  • Liaise with transport providers and internal teams

  • Manage transport documentation and system records

  • Track stock movements and daily reporting

  • Assist with branch stock takes and inventory control

What You Bring

  • Experience in administration, logistics or customer service (2+ years preferred)

  • Solid Excel, Word and Outlook skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

  • Clear communication and strong organisation skills

  • A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
