Based at our Townsville branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our containers and equipment moving coordinating transport, tracking stock and ensuring deliveries reach customers on time and ready to go.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate container movements between the branch, customer sites and third-party depots
Liaise with transport providers and internal teams
Manage transport documentation and system records
Track stock movements and daily reporting
Assist with branch stock takes and inventory control
What You Bring
Experience in administration, logistics or customer service (2+ years preferred)
Solid Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
Clear communication and strong organisation skills
A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
