KAEFER Integrated Services is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Parts Picker / Material Handler to support day-to-day warehouse and maintenance operations at Goonyella Riverside CHPP.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hand-on work, and take pride in accuracy and organisation, this is a great opportunity to build your career in mining logistics.

ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will support maintenance teams by ensuring the rig parts are delivered to the right place at the right time.  You’ll work closely with planners, trades and warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack ad issue parts for maintenance and production teams

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials and consumables

• Maintain warehouse organisation and stock integrity

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks

• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with site procedures

• Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes

 ABOUT YOU

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Proof of right to work in Australia

• Previous experience in warehousing, parts interpreting or material handling (mining preferred but not essential)

• A current High Risk Work License for Forklift

• Intermediate computer skills (SAP or similar systems highly regarded)

• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical

• BMA Core Induction
