We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our growing team based in Townsville, QLD. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to someone with an events industry background who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position requires strong organisational skills, leadership capability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

About the Role

As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations while ensuring smooth logistics coordination for event projects. This is not a desk-only role — you will be actively involved in warehouse operations, packing trucks, preparing orders, and supporting onsite logistics when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management

  • Prepare, pack and check event orders accurately and efficiently

  • Load and unload trucks (forklift operation required)

  • Manage and coordinate staff hours and workflow

  • Ensure equipment is maintained and safely stored

  • Coordinate transport and logistics for events

  • Travel to event sites when required

  • Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in the events industry (highly regarded)

  • Valid Forklift Licence

  • Current White Card

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage staff and lead by example

  • Physically fit and willing to undertake manual handling tasks

  • Current driver’s licence
