The Role

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a supportive care team delivering person centred care to residents. You will assist residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting mobility and independence
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns to the clinical team
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Supporting a safe and respectful environment within the home

What You Can Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related qualification
• A genuine interest in supporting older people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload
• Compassionate and respectful approach to care
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current National Police Certificate
