As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services. If you’ve already got experience in banking, this role as a Personal Banking Consultant could also be for you!

This is a full‑time position based on a 38‑hour work week. The successful applicant will also be required to work across our Canelands and Mount Pleasant Branches as required.

• Demonstrated sales experience
• A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
• High attention to detail
• Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
• Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
