About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Mackay Region. This is great opportunity for someone who is experienced in the finance industry and has a passion for helping people.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services. If you’ve already got experience in banking, this role as a Personal Banking Consultant could also be for you!

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be required to work across our Canelands and Mount Pleasant Branches as required.

About You

  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Exceptional communication & customer service skills
  • A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
  • Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
