Schwarz Excavations are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our team. As the Project Support Officer, you will be required to be an experienced project support administrator to work with our Civil/Rail Construction and Undercutting team. Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will: Support key site-based resources including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers and HSE Advisors.Maintaining key project information and records including plans, registers, training records, travel and roster registers, time sheets, Plant and Equipment data and records. Organize, manage, and receipt deliveries to and from site as required. Essentials Pre-Requisites of the Roles: Prior experience in working in an administration / project-based environment. Experience in the transport or infrastructure industry, particularly within rail projects or large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Assisting with tender coordination, including managing the tender scheduling and working to deadlines. Document management and formatting, effective record keeping and coordination of project reporting and claim submissions.Scheduling and organizing external and internal meetings, documenting, and taking meeting minutes. Arrange travel, accommodation, site requirements and accessories for work crews. Raise Purchase orders.
