What you need to know:

If you’re successful, you’ll commence the program in February 2027.

Salaries depend on the agency in which you’re placed.

Most graduates will start as an APS3 and receive a promotion to the next level upon successful completion.

Most agencies offer flexible working conditions and hybrid working arrangements.

Disciplines

We are on the lookout for graduates who have completed or are completing a degree with a Human Resources component – Ideal areas of study include Human Resources, Business, Psychology or Psychological Science, Commerce, Arts and Education. Social Policy or Social / Behavioural Science graduates with a HR Major are also encouraged to apply.

To be eligible, you must have completed your degree between 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2026.
