We are seeking a reliable and responsible Motel & Restaurant Manager to join our business in regional Queensland. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided, ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term role in a friendly regional community.

We are looking for a mature, hardworking person who is willing to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the motel and restaurant. This role suits someone who is an all-rounder and happy to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing motel reception and guest check-ins/check-outs

• Handling bookings (phone, online, and walk-ins)

• Supervising basic daily motel operations

• Assisting with restaurant operations when required

• Light maintenance and basic physical work (e.g., mowing lawns, small repairs, general upkeep)

• Housekeeping coordination and quality control

• Providing friendly customer service to guests

Requirements

• Reliable, keen on details and responsible

• Strong work ethic and willingness to help in different areas

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage daily operations

• Basic computer skills for bookings and emails

• Willing to commit long term
