Pedlar Project is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the Kitchen team!

This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins in designing and implementing a dynamic, seasonal, customer-focused breakfast and lunch menu for our bustling café.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading, mentoring, and building a strong, cohesive kitchen team

• Designing a modern cafe brunch and lunch menu, continually bringing fresh ideas to the specials board

• Bringing to life our Pop up dinner nights (usually once a month)- creating, prepping and delivering a small high quality menu for this.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with consistent, high-quality products and timely service

• Following food safety standards and ensuring full compliance.

• Liasing with FOH team, managers and the owner in a professional manner.

• Proven experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities
