Raffles Hotel in Rockhampton is looking for a Bar and Gaming Attendant - Immediate Start Required.

You will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service across our bars and gaming room. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude is essential

• Experience performing bar, gaming, wagering and cash handling duties - Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer needs with a friendly can do attitude.

• Minimum 12 months' experience in bar, gaming, wagering and cash handling duties

• A history of exceeding expectations in all work areas

• Compliance with all gaming regulations.

• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the venue is maintained

• Ability to work a variety of shifts including; weekends, days, mornings, afternoons, evenings & nights

• Ability to resolve problems and conflict and work effectively under pressure

• Excellent presentation

• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times

**Current RSG & RSA are essential**

Previous TAB and Keno experience highly regarded

Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia

Current Food Handling Certificate preferred
