The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our diverse menu, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation. The Cook will maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, and adhere to all food safety and health regulations.

May train and supervise other kitchen staff and apprentices Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen   Qualification & experience Minimum certificate IV  in commercial cookery or relevant work experience. Minimum 1 years of experience in a related position. Strong  leadership  and  communication  skills  to  manage  and  motivate  the  team.
