One of Townsville’s most iconic pubs is coming back - and we’re building the kitchen team from the ground up.

After an 18-month restoration and major renovation, Hotel Allen is reopening in early May, bringing a fresh new chapter to a venue that has been part of the Townsville community for generations.

With a brand-new bistro, sports bar and beer garden, we’re assembling a full BOH team ready to deliver great pub food and high-energy service from day one.
