Shorehouse Townsville (Kelaidan Pty Ltd) is a busy waterfront venue on The Strand. Part of North Queensland-based, boutique hospitality group; FGH Group, this is an opportunity to join a group of venues that places high importance on staff culture & pride in product.

We are looking for hard-working, experienced chefs & cooks looking to grow and contribute within a team environment. Shorehouse focuses on Asian grazing-style cuisine, with both a-la-carte and set menu style options. The right candidate will have -

Certificate IV or diploma, or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume kitchens Detailed knowledge of food and produce

A positive demeanour and ability to handle stressful situations Experience across multiple kitchen sections Candidates must be located or willing to move to North Queensland.
