 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our management team at our venue.

This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with all licensing, gaming, and club policies.

About the role:

-          Must be available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

-           Lead and support team members to deliver a high standard of service

-           Ensure smooth daily operations across all areas of the club

-           Handle patron enquiries and issues professionally

-           Monitor compliance with RSA, RSG, and WHS requirements

About you:

-           Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within a licensed venue

-          Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager licence essential

-          Strong leadership and communication skills

-           Proven ability to manage staff and make sound operational decisions

-           Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
