The Townsville RSL is seeking a motivated and experienced Full time Duty Manager to join our committed and professional team. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring the Club runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the Club in accordance with procedures

• Oversee daily operations across bars, restaurant, functions, and gaming area

• Provide leadership, support, and direction to staff

• Delegate tasks and assist in onboarding and training new team members

• Ensure adherence to Club policies and procedures

• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations

• Conduct routine safety and compliance inspections

What we're are looking for:

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or Supervisory hospitality role

• Proficiency with the Odyssey Gaming System (preferred)

• Experience with TAB, Keno, and Gaming operations

• Basic administrative and financial skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service

Required Certifications:

• Current RMLV certificate

• Liquor Approved Manager License

• Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)

• First Aid certificate
