Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Medical Practitioner based in Cannonvale, QLD. The General Medical Practitioner will provide primary and preventive care to patients, conduct medical assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, and manage chronic conditions. The role also includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating in clinical decision-making. Additionally, the practitioner will contribute to promoting community health initiatives and delivering patient education. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planningStrong ability to manage chronic conditions and provide preventive careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations and collaborating with a healthcare teamFamiliarity with medical record management and use of electronic health records (EHR)Flexibility and adaptability to address the diverse medical needs of a community-based practiceRegistration as a General Practitioner in Australia, with applicable APHRA credentialsCommitment to patient-centered care and demonstrated professional ethicsExperience in working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams is advantageous
