We are a leader in providing health & wellbeing and people risk management solutions.  We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs, crisis response and consulting services.  This is your opportunity to work with some of Australia's largest organisations in various industries including, government agencies and corporate organisations.

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors to join our team as a contractor.

About the Role: 
In this role, you will:
• Provide high-quality EAP counselling services.
• Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
• Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
• Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills. 

Roster: 2 days per fortnight (DIDO), covering the Moranbah and Dysart locations.

Opportunity for up to 2 days per week for applicants who are local to the above locations.

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health.
• Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
• Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
