Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact where you’ll: Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness — physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations.Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans.Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate with workplaces, healthcare providers or insurers, monitor progress, adjust plans, and support sustainable outcomes.Provide expert advice — ergonomic, workplace-modification, functional capacity or return-to-work.
