Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations, including health histories, assessment of muscle groups, and identification of treatment needs

• Deliver a range of remedial techniques, such as deep tissue, trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, and relaxation massage

• Create personalised treatment plans based on client goals and presenting conditions

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and follow-up recommendations

• Provide clients with aftercare advice, stretching guidance, and wellness recommendations

• Work collaboratively with team members to create a calm, supportive, and respectful clinic environment

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms before and after each session

• Manage bookings and communicate with reception when needed

• Promote ongoing care and support a loyal client base

• Uphold all relevant industry standards, health regulations, and code of conduct requirements

• Sponsorship available for suitable candidates with appropriate work rights

• Diploma level qualification in remedial massage therapy required

• Membership with any recognised professional massage therapy body required
