Sharp & Carter are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Psychologist to join the expanding national workforce of our esteemed client, a leader in health and wellbeing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
As an EAP Consultant, you will:
  • Provide high-quality counselling and crisis response support to individuals in workplace settings.
  • Collaborate with diverse organisations to assess work-related stressors and risk factors.
  • Understand and address individual and organisational factors impacting employee performance.
  • Approach challenges with a commercially savvy mindset, balancing business needs with empathetic support.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, manage your workload efficiently, and showcase a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable.
  • Full AHPRA Registration
  • A current driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
