About the Opportunity
Depending on your skills and experience, the role may align as:
Field Support Specialist (Entry Level): Focused on in-theatre support, instrumentation, and clinical education while building a strong foundation in medical devices. Responsibilities include case coverage, stock management, and supporting hospital stakeholders.
Territory Associate (Mid Level): Balancing clinical support and relationship management to drive territory service and growth. This includes in-servicing, hospital engagement, and supporting the Territory Manager with business development.
Territory Manager (Senior Level): Leading sales and business development within the region, building strong partnerships with surgeons, and driving strategic growth for Medartis.
Across all levels, the role includes travel within the broader region including Mackay, Gladstone and Emerald where necessary to support customer needs and grow the business.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a clinical, sales, or medical device setting (level dependent)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working in fast-paced hospital and theatre environments
High attention to detail, organisational capability, and reliability
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to travel regularly throughout Rockhampton and Central Queensland
An openness to varied working hours depending on theatre schedules
