We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

• Salary range: $70.10 to $75.06 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The THHS Single Assessment Organisation is a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment services to older Queenslanders in the community and the hospital setting. The assessment system aims to simplify and improve access to aged care services. The assessment framework is designed to streamline the assessment process and enhance the overall experience for older Queenslanders.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

• Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
• Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or ability to be registered and possession of a current practising certificate. 
• Minimum of one year demonstrated experience directly delivering services in aged care settings and/or to aged persons.
• Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.  
• Travel: Please note, this position will be required to travel to, and work at, other facilities located within the Aged Care Planning Regions in the delivery of Aged Care Assessments. This may involve day and/or overnight stays. Travel on small planes or ferry may be required. The successful applicant/s will need to be able to commit to this requirement.
