What You'll Do:

  • Deliver contemporary, evidence-based clinical care within your RN scope.

  • Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

  • Supervise and support personal care staff, ensuring care aligns with our values.

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored, current care plans.

  • Participate actively in the AN-ACC process to accurately reflect residents' needs.

  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years aged care nursing experience.

About You:

  • Current AHPRA-registered RN without restrictions.

  • Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

  • Skilled in assessing and responding to residents' needs.

  • Able to work within a dynamic clinical roster environment and flexibility to cover all shifts

Employment Prerequisites:

  • Up-to-date Police Check

  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza.
