Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $144,991 to $151,289 p.a. (HP5)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity:

Join a dynamic team in Australia's largest regional tertiary hospital serving North Queensland communities. 

The successful candidate will bring high quality, tertiary ultrasound clinical imaging to our patients, through independent application of clinical expertise to improve clinical techniques and provides a reference point for other clinicians and operates in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Along with their clinical ultrasound expertise, the role involves significant clinical leadership recognised at the clinical service level along with important elements of clinical education and opportunities for research.

Our Imaging clinical teams operate in model focuused on patient-centred and evidence based clinical practice.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (AHPRA).
  • Possession of class C drivers' licence.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
